Sisters, Madiana and Rebecca Margao, established the Red Sprinkle Fashion Bootcamp in December 2011 after they recognized a deficiency in available resources for students interested in developing creative faculties relative to the fashion and beauty industries. 

 

The mission of the Red Sprinkle Fashion Bootcamp is to promote career development in the fashion and entertainment industries, and equip youth with fundamental, non-technical skills required to succeed in any workplace.  Students gain hands-on opportunities in fashion styling and design, makeup and hair artistry, nail design, and more.

 

Currently the program has locations in Washington, DC and Maryland.
